AI-Generated Art Policy



Effective 8/1/2026



We love the creativity, direction, and inspiration that AI-generated art can offer for a project. However, AI-generated artwork is not print-ready as-is. AI art is typically low-resolution, raster-based (not vector), and often contains inconsistent details, artifacts, or distortions that don't hold up in professional print production. Effective August 1, 2026 - any graphics project that incorporates AI-generated art, we require a non-refundable, pre-paid $100 AI Art Fee.





This fee covers:

● Review and quality control of the AI-generated content to assess how it can be used in your project

● Manual cleanup, refinement, and vectorization required to convert AI-generated art into production- and print-ready artwork


The $100 fee must be paid in full before work begins on the AI-generated art. It is separate from and in addition to standard design or production charges.
